Things to Remember

• Please be timely to class. It is highly disturbing to be late. The doors may even be locked depending on the teacher.
• Yoga mats and props are here for your use or purchase. However, it is encouraged to bring your own mat. This way you can always practice on the same space and have a more fulfilling practice.
• Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
• Enjoy yourself!
• Bring a waterbottle and towel!
