Happy Spring!

Welcome to Inner Mountain Yoga & Massage, Ouray's first yoga studio.  Don't be intimidated by this.  Inner Mountain is just a place for you to learn and practice yoga in a non competitive enviroment.  All of our teachers are well trained in the styles that they teach so you are in good hands when you come to visit.

Just bring yourself, a positive attitude, and an open heart. If you have your own mat, you are welcomed to bring that as well.  But mats and props are here for your use just in case.  And remember, flexibility is not required!

New Happenings!

Welcome Debra Hynes!  Debra, who teaches in the style of Iyengar, lives in Ridgway and has been teaching for a number of years. Let her warm spirit fill yours with her beginning yoga class on Tues. nights, 5:30-7:00 pm.

Schedule changes:

June 23 - 28 - Classes will be cancelled! This week has been elected as home practice week!  Due to teachers not being able to be here, all classes are cancelled this week.  Classes will resume July 1st!

July 4th - No classes!  Happy Independance Day!
